I stayed 4 nights with my family (wife and 14 y/o kid) and it was wonderful. Veronique is the most helpful, available and lovely host. Everything was absolutely clean. The room had good space, the shower was good, and the breakfast as well! The location is perfect, and there's a public parking right around the corner. I recommend it, and I would definitely stay again!!

Breakfast has variety of choices. Location is good and centrally located next to market square, and in walking distance to all sightseeing point. January in Bruges can be cold, therefore good to relax at Hotel SPA center, and warm up.

We were warmly welcomed by Julia, who showed us around, explained everything, and continued to help us throughout our stay. + The breakfast was healthy and varied, with plenty of fresh fruit. + We also rented bikes from the hotel to explore the city - they were comfortable, came with locks, and cost €15 per day, which is a good price. + The hotel is located on a quiet street, and the room was perfectly silent. There's a grocery store and several cafes nearby, and it was a short walk to the main square. + The room was spacious and clean, and we especially liked the toiletries - high quality and pleasantly scented. We were very satisfied with everything.
