We visit the place once or twice a year, and we are never disappointed. The rooms and the facilities are clean and looked after. The stuff are helpful. The food is delicious. If you want to relax , this is the right place for you.

Combining traditional Bulgarian architecture with modern facilities, the Four Points by Sheraton Bansko enjoys a convenient location close to the gondola lift in Bansko. The hotel is excellent, stuff is super friendly and helpful, Ahmed helped us with the luggage, and is always here when you need him, breakfast was a 10, fresh baked goods, fluffiest pancakes you can image, a lot of variety and with good quality. Very clean and modern rooms, and overall interior of the hotel. Also very smart with the specialized room for ski equipment and the door that leads you out where the shuttle stands. Complementary Shuttle service to the Gondola and back, very helpful not to walk uphill, but it is very close to the gondola. Spa center was decent and clean, stuff was very friendly, I wish it had a thermal bath, that would have made the stay perfect.

We had a very memorable stay, 10/10 for all staff. We will recommend our friends and would definitely come back to this hotel when we visit bansko again. Spa, room and hotel general areas are much better in person than in photos which is rare!

Being the only ski-in and ski-out hotel in Bansko, Kempinski Hotel Grand Arena Bansko is located in the very heart of the mountain resort, right across the Gondola lift station. Spa is amazing, breakfast is very good

NP House - Home of Coworking&Coliving Bansko, Ski Shuttle se nachází v destinaci Bansko a má zahradu, sdílený lounge, terasu a bar. The place was super relaxing for us. Even for the short trip it was much fun. The atmosphere is amazing, but it may be not so amazing for everyone - the concept of coliving doesn't match well with 4-star service hotel. So if you are ready for self-service, exploring places and meeting new people - it's a perfect place. But if you want a traditional hotel you may be dissapionted. We liked the food - it was simple but nice, the drinks were amazing and having dinner and breakfast in the garden is priceless. Our room was perfectly clean and the main bed was super comfy. We definetely would like to come here again for a longer stay.

The staff is polite, the service exceptional, and the facility maintenance is doing their job in the best possible way. And more, the food's quality and variety are surprisingly outstanding. Hotel Katarino SPA se nachází na úpatí hory Rila, 8 km od lyžařského střediska Bansko a 2 km od Razlogu. The food had a lot of variety which we enjoyed and it was very tasty. The had "real" fresh squeezed orange juice in the morning and a lot more food options than we were used to with many natural alternatives. The shuttle buses to the sky resort were quick and came by often (every hour).
