There is a bus stop just outside the hostel where you can catch the bus to Banff. There are plenty of food options around, as well as a beautiful boardwalk. They have excellent facilities; everything is modern and clean, and the staff are very friendly and helpful. We can definitely recommend it, and we would love to come back in the future.

The greeting we received upon arriving by car at the Fairmont Hotel was exceptionally warm, setting a positive tone for our entire stay. This warmth extended to the valet parking, where a courteous staff member assisted with our luggage and parked our car. Alex, the receptionist, was among the most welcoming individuals we've encountered at a hotel check-in. Our room had a great view of Lake Louise and was clean. The hotel's location was ideal. Overall, this ranks as one of our top hotel experiences. So impressed were we that we chose to book a stay at the Fairmont Empress Hotel in Victoria for the subsequent weekend, a decision we had previously left open.

The location was excellent, with businesses and restaurants all around us and easy access to main highway. Our room was comfortable with a cozy fireplace and a fully-stocked kitchen. The view was spectacular. The parking was convenient and we so appreciated the national parks pass provided. Thank you for making our stay 5 stars! We will definitely book with you again.

Peaks Hotel and Suites se nachází v destinaci Banff v regionu Alberta. Jen 2 km odtud je Cave and Basin National Historic Site. The design of this hotel is outstanding both exterior and interior. The room is well equipped (except not having working table) especially the shower with big rain and body spray. Corridor is well designed with glass panels all over to bring in sunlight and create more transparency & visibility. Art pieces are decorated here and there. It is also conveniently located in the middle of the town where most of the shops and good restaurants are. I sure will come back here next time.

We stayed one night at Bear and Bison Inn to celebrate our anniversary, and it was a wonderful experience from start to finish. The inn has a very cozy, romantic atmosphere, and Anna especially loved how beautifully quiet and peaceful it was throughout the stay. The room was exceptionally clean and well cared for. We really enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub and spending time by the fireplace, which made the evening feel extra special. The king-size bed was extremely comfortable, with a mattress that provided a great night’s sleep. In the morning, breakfast was excellent and felt thoughtfully prepared. The staff were warm, friendly, and welcoming, which added to the overall experience. A nice little highlight was watching a chipmunk outside in the morning. Having Iron Goat Pub and Grill right next door was also a big plus—the food and atmosphere there were awesome and very convenient.

This resort, built in 1888, is styled after a Scottish Baronial castle and is a National Historic Site. Located in Banff National Park, it offers 11 restaurants and 14 shops. Friendly and helpfull staff, excellent bus driver on the shuttle bus to Lake Luise provided by the hotel, he gave us very interresting information on the way to and from Lake Luise and made our visit there very special
