Staff were absolutely fantastic and really put the stay over the top. Shaila and Maria upgraded our room and then later in the evening, Zayn was able to get us a reservation at a restaurant that was full online. Overall super nice hotel, and fantastic staff with a great Rooftop bar and view. Room service breakfast was delivered faster than expected, too.

An iPad is featured in all the guest rooms. 4th stay. It was as always a great stay. From the room, the food to the staff. The staff make this hotel the best.

Tento hotel má ideální polohu, do 10 minut chůze od torontského vlakového nádraží Union Station a Air Canada Centre. Nabízí hotelovou restauraci a bar. K dispozici je snídaně a bezplatné Wi-Fi. Valet service was great, staff were super friendly and courteous and always responded positively and answered calls on the first try, always had my car out front when calling valet.
