Built in 1915 and representing an important part of the historical heritage of Lausanne, the Lausanne Palace is an elegant 5-star hotel in the heart of the business and shopping district. The hotel is very beautiful, with a warm and welcoming feel. The room was very spacious, comfortable and clean. The staff at the hotel were also very kind and helpful, always ready to answer our questions , accomodate our requests and give us precious advice. The hotel is in the center of the city, so it was easy to reach many local attractions, restaurants, and shops. We could easily explore the area on foot or by subway and enjoy all that Lausanne has to offer. Overall, our stay at the Lausanne Palace was a wonderful experience. The beautiful hotel, spacious, comfortable and clean room, friendly staff, and perfect location made the trip very enjoyable. We can't wait to come back!

Renovated and housed in an Art Deco building, the family-run hotel is located in a quiet pedestrian area in the centre of Lausanne, near Flon Metro Station and a 10-minute walk from the train... So far this is the only hotel with room that look better in real life than in pictures! The family room is super spacious with separate living room and room. The living room can fit 2 cots for babies/toddlers. Super clean and new as well. Shower is strong and good. The staffs are extremely helpful and kind. Breakfast is good variety to start the day. Water is provided daily as well.

Super comfortable beds and pillows. Clever swivel TV in our JR Suite. Breakfast was delicious, although the welcome mixed vegetables were cold. (We wished there had been a guest microwave available for warming them.)

Accommodations were over the top! Room spotless! Warmest Italian service! Dinner was “Michelin Star worthy” Bravo Chef Enzo!!! Thank you Cinza, Elisa and Uwana!!!

A buffet with a choice of mueslis, fresh fruit, different breads, cheeses ham & salami not forgetting croissants etc. Everything was of a very good quality. The only negative for me was I was not too well the previous evening and was thus unable to try out the restaurant. Obviously a missed opportunity!. Staff couldn’t have been more helpful & friendly - a very well run small hotel
