Even if you don't have a layover in Beijing, you should try this hotel. I upgraded my stay to a junior suite for an extra $70, which included breakfast and was very good value.

We love the staff hospitality, very very helpful, spoke English very well. The location is very accessible to subways and main places. It was lively at nights. They have free coffee and free laundry services. We really love the place.

The room is very clean and has all the comfort and functionalities that you need. There is a microwave to heat your food, as well as a washing machine and a dryer. The metro stop (Dengshikou - exit C) is right around the corner.

Located on Wangfujing Street, Prime Hotel offers 5 dining options, an indoor pool and parking(RMB15/hour). Rooms feature free WiFi and city views. It is very very rare when I give 10/10, but this hotel really got it! Breakfast was gorgeous, room was excellent and nothing to add.
