The rooms were clean and comfortable, great air con, and there was a delicious breakfast each morning and an even better view of the mountains. Great location, nice quiet area that was a short walk to restaurants and street food market. The staff were exceptional and so helpful to book our national park tickets, give recommendations and provide coffee and icecreams after a long day of exploring! Special shout out to concierge staff Xiao Song and Rock Lee for being so accommodating and friendly.

GUI YUAN ZHEN PIN HOTEL, Approximately 3km away from the east gate of Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Free Chinese western Breakfast, Free Self-Service Laundry, Attraction Tickets Serivce in... The room environment was excellent, the butler service was very thorough, and it was very close to the east gate of the forest park. All services were good. It was a very satisfactory trip. They upgraded the room type for free.

Beautifully renovated resort deep in the countryside. Staff were extremely tentative and it felt like guest had a personal concierge. When I sprained my ankle, they even gave me ointment to reduce the swelling. The hotel helped us with booking attractions tickets, advised least crowded routes, arranged for taxi services and were very kind at all times. They organised local activities like pounding mochi and food was abundant and delicious! Room was clean and comfortable.
