We had a wonderful stay at the Langham. This was our first trip to Shanghai and I am so glad we chose this hotel for our stay. It is perfectly located, but more than that, the hotel itself is stunning and we had a very comfortable room. Everything was spotless, and we had a wonderful surprise from hospitality staff. After a great night sleep, DO NOT SKIP BREAKFAST!!!. it's fantastic with so many options. This hotel staff could not be better. A few people stood out. We wanted to say thank you to Mr Ivan and Mr Jeffery. They helped us all week, and it was a joy to speak with each morning. A very special thank you to Mr Andy! What a kind and knowledgeable gentleman. Ask for him if you need anything, he treated us like family. We will be back

Not only she showed great knowledge about all the details in the hotel design and vision, but she was also extremely kind and dedicated to giving us attention and making this a memorable stay. It is rare to experience such a seamless combination of luxury, care, and warmth. J Hotel Shanghai exceeded every expectation, and we cannot wait to return.

JW Marriott Marquis Hotel Shanghai Pudong Pudong Pudong is located on the bank of Huangpu River in Shanghai’s dynamic Pudong district and close to Lujiazui central business district. Extremely clean, new, beautiful! Super comfortable beds, wonderful service. Very large variety of breakfast options, both European and asian. I think it is the best hotel i have ever stayed in!

Really good professional hotel. The rooms were bigger than I thought. The staff is professional. It is true many of them don't speak English that well but it's really no problem for checking in and doing the basics. One of the manager who speaks English very well exceeded our expectations. He was super attentive and helped us make some restaurant bookings. I wish I remembered his name
