The service was amazing from the moment we arrived. The room was very clean and neat. There where already 2 bottles of water provided. The breakfast was small but more then enough to start the day. The service was excellent. Even though they did not speak English very well. They made sure we could communicate. Arranging a taxi whenever we needed it. The location was amazing. Close to the metro station and only a few minutes by taxi away from the populair district El Poblado.

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, making me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient, and the front desk team went above and beyond to accommodate my requests.

The apartment was great, with everything one needs for a few days' stay. The kitchen is very well furnished and the washing machine + tumble dryer is a ++. The coffee we got as present was AMAZING! The staff was great and the area is really clean, safe, green and it's a pleasure to walk around. I had read someone commenting that it doesn't feel safe to walk around unless you're a local and I'm wondering if the person had mistaken this hotel with another one. Because all you need are legs that are willing to take you around. It's a residential area where I never felt unsafe for a single second. There's a good supermarket, Carulla, almost behind the corner, and - if you feel like walking a bit longer, an hypermarket inside a shopping center about 15 mins away. The parking is another ++. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll book again if we visit Medellín in the future.

Everything is outstanding, from the moment you walk in and are greeted by Christopher (charming and professional on equal measure) at the check in. The hotel has a great location, quiet and really safe, streets are really green and easy to walk. The room was perfect, bed really comfortable, spacious room. The whole team was always ready to help with a very positive attitude. Breakfast was perfect too as it was the staff in the restaurant, truly attentive. The hotel has the perfect location to visit the main spots in Medellín, a metro station a mere 10 mins walk which serves the one of the main lines. All in all, a little gem of a hotel in Medellín. Saludo a Christopher who went the extra mile lending us his spare metro card for the duration of our stay. Gracias a todo el equipo!!

Located in the exclusive area of Poblado, near Medellin’s business centres, Hotel Porton Medellin offers modern rooms with free Wi-Fi and cable TV. Facilities include free on-site private parking. Breakfast was buffet style. Easy and quick to eat and move onto the days activities. Room was large and comfortable. Location is easy to access and large mall across the street for shopping and entertainment.

We had the presidential suite, loved the bath in the room and complimentary bubble bath, pool area and restaurant area very nice although the food was average, especially breakfast which was terrible. Nice room made up for it though.
