The first thing I remember was walking in late in the evening and the receptionist being helpful and sweet. Location was very convenient, 10-12 min to the Metro (and a huge Éxito on the way there) and easy to walk around the neighbourhood. I loved the lockers - they have 2 shelves and enough for a backpack. That way the room felt tidy and not cluttered. The shower and the toilet were separate, and the sink was outside the bathroom door, so very convenient. Landry is not by weight but per bag (30k for a bag if I remember correctly), so best to collect all you need cleaned and do it once. You will have to fill an itemized form with all the articles (3 T-shirts, 1 towel, etc) While I did not use the pool - I enjoyed the rooftop area and the karaoke evening was great! :D The place is on the pricier side, but to me it was worth the money.

Exceptional hotel, a pearl of design in exceptionally beautiful and safe neighbourhood. I was upgraded to fantastic suite, enormous and beautiful with a stunning view over Medellin. The staff was extremely polite and helpful, with personalised attitude, friendly and kind. The breakfast was for me, the most beautiful I had: An excellent choice of food in quality and quantity, with a touch of local products with a view to jungle. Excellent restaurant with colombian food a la carte. Spotless, clean and cozy environment and especially room i stayed.

The apartment was great, with everything one needs for a few days' stay. The kitchen is very well furnished and the washing machine + tumble dryer is a ++. The coffee we got as present was AMAZING! The staff was great and the area is really clean, safe, green and it's a pleasure to walk around. I had read someone commenting that it doesn't feel safe to walk around unless you're a local and I'm wondering if the person had mistaken this hotel with another one. Because all you need are legs that are willing to take you around. It's a residential area where I never felt unsafe for a single second. There's a good supermarket, Carulla, almost behind the corner, and - if you feel like walking a bit longer, an hypermarket inside a shopping center about 15 mins away. The parking is another ++. We really enjoyed our stay and we'll book again if we visit Medellín in the future.
