Above the jungle canopy, watching iguanas and bird right next to us. The sunset over the sea from the deck was gorgeous. We also loved riding bikes around the property. The room had internet and we were able to get work done. It also had air conditioning. At the resort, the food was yummy, staff polite, and spa relaxing. It was a delight

It’s isolated and relaxing to feel like your are at the end of the word with everything for your own comfort. The team from the management to the staff are really nice, available and helpful. I would recommend this place to everybody that want a genuine experience of being on an island. The food is fresh and really good, you can pick up your lobster for diner at a very good price, it’s just amazing. Rooms are spacious and clean.

Do not expect luxury. This is a great alternative to the expensive hotels in the area. It’s a short walk to some small beaches and a 20 minute walk to playa escondida and playa libre. Getting off the “tourist trap” path is exactly what we needed. In town you will find affordable sea food and a lovely community. The owners were lovely and they had a fun parrot. The room was gorgeous and equipped with fans and a mosquito net. Maria greeted us with a coconut when we arrived. She cooks really well. Just talk to her in advance when you want food and she’s happy to cook for you.
