Set in the Neuenheim district of Heidelberg, Rafaela Hotel is within a 15-minute walk of Heidelberg's Old Town district with the theatre and university. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The room was a good size and we loved the window seat. Close to plenty of restaurants. Parking undercover nearby. Easy walk to historic town of Heidelberg.

Our room was quiet and wonderful all around. The breakfast provided impressive choice and the quality of the food was outstanding. They offer free welcome drinks. It was so good there that we decided to extend our stay there.
