This hotel exceeded my expectations. I spent a two nights in a 244 euros a night hotel in Bordeaux earlier this month and this Kyriad was a better experience room wise - and parking was free as opposed to an additional 60 euros. I did not eat in the restaurant but it looked comfortable and the menu was appealing. I did not have breakfast but will next time as they serve a full English breakfast.

Hotel Santiago is located in Hendaye, just 3 km from the beach, and offers an outdoor swimming pool and a restaurant which is open for dinner. Free WiFi access is available. The staff we SO friendly and helpful. They were always there to help out and were really the reason the stay was so great!

Set 400 metres from the sea front and the beach La Grande Plage in Biarritz, Au Bon Coin offers a bar, lift, terrace and free WiFi throughout. I received a warm welcome from the owner of the hotel, she's so kind and helpful, the other two receptionists are also very friendly and helpful. The room is comfortable, spacious, very clean, quiet, and bed very comfy. Excellent location in the city centre, just a few minutes to the beaches... the stay was marvellous and unforgettable! Thanks very much. I definitely would like to come back and strongly recommend !👍

Completely renovated, the hotel consists of three village houses, 35 rooms spread over 3 floors, and plateaus in the heart of the most shopping district of Biarritz, Les Halles, is a lively and green... Excellent location and service! Fantastic breakfast. At least 4 stars, not 3! Very clean, all renovated. Thanks to Emma too for preparing my visit 🤗
