We loved the staff, who were very friendly and helpful. The room was quite comfortable, with lots of space for 4 women. The bathroom was large and well-fitted. The food at the restaurant was delicious, service was great, and tables/chairs very comfortable. We loved hanging out at the bar for drinks in the afternoon. Just a beautiful facility!

Our host was so kind and friendly. He took the time to tell us about the history of his 300 year old house. It was a beautifully appointed home and the grounds were spectacular, although I would not have liked to try to find it after dark. Breakfast was delicious. Larry made us feel very welcome.

I had stayed here 6 years ago and was very impressed with changes. The room appeared to be brand new-especially the bathroom. The location was great. Easy pick up by my relatives and easy walk to stores, McDonalds and the train station. Breakfast was very good. Wonderful hot foods and plenty of fruit and nuts for my cereal. My only problem was getting to the breakfast before closing . I slept so well that I had to rush down at last minute several times. Staff were friendly and responsive. To top it off, the daily price was lower that others that I had seen in town.

The cottage has everything you need and is furnished to a high standard.

This was such a lovely house to stay in, from the very start we felt so welcome by Carolyn, she was such a lovely friendly lady. On entering the house it felt so warm an homily. Was like home from home. We shall def be back to this accommodation. It was such a clean warmly home.

Our apartment was perfectly equipped. Everything was prepared perfectly, functional and clean. Some small presents like a bottle of milk in fridge, or a bottle of wine and sweets in living room allow you to feel very welcome. Small gifts, nice care and stylish accomodation. I highly recommend.

On the outskirts of the vibrant city of Newry, Mourne Country Hotel offers high-quality accommodation, with a restaurant, bar. En suite rooms are complemented by free on-site parking. Although decor was a little dated the room was clean and comfortable. Bathroom was spotless with everything needed, bed was comfy, tea/coffee facilities provided. Breakfast was delicious.... plenty on the buffet and then hot food cooked to order which was really lovely.... Staff all very friendly, polite and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. We are regular visitors to Newry and would stay there again for sure if wanting a hotel rather than self-catering apartment.

In the heart of Armagh, the Armagh City Hotel is just 15 minutes’ walk from Armagh Astropark. With a modern leisure centre and free parking, there is also a traditional restaurant. I had the best time here. The people were so helpful and welcoming! It was a lovely stay. Thank you to the amazing staff and managers. ☘️☘️☘️
