The checkin procedure super simple, clear, easy 2. Owner answered quickly and was very kind and generous 3. Bed was comfy and new 4. Room was clean and well organized 5. Shower was huge, clean, tons of hot water and great water pressure 6. Fridge worked amazingly , coffee machine, microwave, and iron 7. Lots of closet space 8. Lots of light 9. Very nice place to sit outside of room 10. Ample free parking. Totally recommend

The sight out of the room is breathtaking. The room and the facilities are very good. You must have a car when you stay at the hotel as it is located on the hill above the lake, outside (few km) from the city. Very good wifi reception!

Stunning place surrounded by lush greenery and just a short walk from the lake. Our flat was well decorated, clean, cozy, and had a beautiful view from all windows and the balcony.

It feels home, warm, cozy, quiet. Exterior and interior both done with maximum attention to the details, hats off to the hosts! It feels so comfortable and clean, I didn’t want to have my shoes on, even outside. Special thanks for the homemade marmalade and goat milk butter, and freshly baked pancakes in the morning, also your spanakopita is amazing 🤤! This is real luxury! We will be back! (with some wine)🤗

Hypnos Cozy Living se nachází v ideální lokalitě v centru města Ioannina a nabízí bezplatné Wi-Fi ve všech prostorách a zahradu. I can easily say that it was one of the best hotels we've stayed in! Everything looks just like the pictures if not better. It was clean and tidy, also the design of the room was so cool. They took care of every single detail. The room and the hotel was always warm and smelling wonderfully. Also the beds and the bedding was very comfortable. The hotel is close to everything you need such as the center of the city the castle and the lake. We could comfortably return at the hotel late at night it felt safe. The staff was friendly and kind. In general very good experience!
