The staff were incredibly hospitable, the room was spacious and well appointed, the plunge pool was a delight and the breakfast was very fresh, thoughtful and generous. Megalochori village was very charming, lively and full of warm people. The Heart of Santorini is less than 10min walk from the hotel and hands down the best place to catch those gorgeous sunsets.

You will be pampered and looked after by the fantastic staff who will anticipate and accomodate your every need. You will sleep in beds that feel like laying on clouds in rooms that are beautifully designed. Ours had a jacuzzi on the patio. You will eat food that is prepared with love so you have energy to get the most of every nev day. You will listen to great tunes by the pool while enjoying the sun, your company or simply a good book. Everything was outstanding in our experience here- I mean everything! But… none of it would be exeptional without the people behind it. So, book your stay- if you are lucky enough to be able to find a room. And bring your positive energy to this magical place, and see what happens! We found friends for life and we will come back year after year I’m sure. Fantastic view from the room. We were so lucky to stay here. We were looking forward to seeing great and worldwide sunset from the best position and here is the best position! You can see sunset from Oia castle, however, you can dominate the view from here. I would recommend staying here if you want to avoid crowds and dominate the view. The room and in-room pool were clean. There is a large basins in bathroom.

Magma Resort Santorini se nachází na severovýchodním pobřeží ostrova Santorini, jen 3,2 km od města Fira a 5,4 km od letiště. Jedná se o inaugurační objekt The Unbound Collection by Hyatt v Řecku. The hotel itself is designed beautifully, the food is delicious, even more than all of the restaurants in the island. The rooms are mesmerizing, comfortable, and always clean and organized. Ours was so great we didn’t even wont to leave it! But in case you do want to leave, you should try the luxurious spa which is free, or the amazing pool which has a great view, and lots of room to sit. There is also a comfortable free shuttle service to prime locations on the island, in case you want to travel around. But the thing that we loved the most is the attention to the details, everything was up and running, and was right on time. Every guest gets the best treatment and the full attention from the hotel as he/she was the only one in it, and it all thanks to the excellent staff! They were caring, friendly and very helpful. Definitely worth the visit if you are coming to Santorini, we know we will return only to experience this amazing hotel again!

Staff was great (Georgia (the manager) runs a tight ship! She is very kind and welcoming and is always aware of all the happenings of the resort- I was so impressed! The cleaning lady (I did not catch her name) was a sweetheart. Zesis (works at the restaurant) was one of the kindest people we have ever met! The room was lovely- clean, and new. Quiet and peaceful. Great area to be in tucked away from the hustle and bustle of Fira or Oia but still closeby. We visited during off season so did not use the pool or out door hot tub (it was too cold and windy) but they looked amazing and would have loved to try them. Overall we had a great stay and would love to come again. Also be sure to arrange for pick up from the airport- same price as Uber and the driver was great and met you as soon as you arrived!

The hotel was very comfortable, really similar to the pictures. The rooms were spacious, and clean and the bathrooms well-equipped. The hosts were super nice and helpful. Many options for the breakfast. As the hotel restaurant was closed for the night, we had the possibility to order from a restaurant of the city, and they delivered the food directly to our room. The small pools on the terrace were heated. For those who like to walk, it's only about 30min walk to Fira. Highly recommend!!
