Compared to other Disneyland hotels, they have better variety of food downstairs, including grab and go options. They also provided us with an automatic water dispenser. The beds are more cosier than Disneyland Hotel

I had a high-level king room with harbour view. The room was spacious, clean, modern, very quiet, tastefully decorated and very well-designed. I enjoyed the hotel's outdoor pool very much too. Grand Hyatt is linked to Hong Kong Convention and Exhibition Centre (HKCEC) which means walking to the MTR is so easy and it doesn't matter if it rains because you'll be under the roof the entire time. Calling an Uber is so easy too because Grand Hyatt is a popular spot where drivers pick up and drop off passengers all the time. Staying at Grand Hyatt made my stay in Hong Kong a perfect holiday.

Storage space is ample for longer stay. Staff is friendly and helpful.

Breakfast was sensational. Room was outstanding, amazing outlook. Roof Garden was a hidden gem - wonderful to watch Symphony of Lights from here. Could not fault this hotel.

Located 0.9 km from City Plaza, EAST Apartments provides accommodation with a fitness centre, a terrace and a 24-hour front desk for your convenience. Loved the space. Location is good too!
