We stayed for 4 nights and I can honestly say it is the best hotel we have ever had the pleasure of visiting. The service throughout was second to non and the rooms were fabulous. We visited the roof top bar which was superb with great views and a great atmosphere. We also visited Tom's by Tom Aitken and the experience here was so good that we visited twice during our short stay. Syaeful Abidin and his team made us feel special on both occasions and the food was amazing.

Centrally located in Jakarta, Four Seasons Hotel Jakarta offers convenience to reach important areas of the city. The staff was incredibly friendly, they let us check in early, I had told them when I booked that it was my sister's birthday, when we arrived to the room they had personalized "Happy Birthday" greetings written on the window, and a delicious chocolate cake set out with card. Restaurant was very good, we got spa treatments which were wonderful! Pool area is beautiful. Room was large, huge bathroom and very comfortable beds!

Raffles Jakarta is strategically located in the central business district of Jakarta. Great hotel overall. The staff is super attentive and kind, the facilities are beautiful, the basic room are basically huge suites. Great bath tub, rain shower and super comfy bed. I also had a great massage and the cocktails at the art cafe were amazing. Concierge and butler service available 24h, they literally helped me with anything, even shipping a box to Bali. Also breakfast was amazing, I've never seen so many options! I was travelling alone but I never felt alone thanks to the amazing people working there.
