Spacious 2 bedroom apartment, separate from main residence on the property. Such hospitality! The hosts are absolutely lovely, informative about the local area and just made it feel like home. Fully equipped with everything you could need, including plenty of food provided from the organic farm at no extra expense, it was more than we needed for breakfast (the homemade jam was delicious!). Extra comforts like streaming services and gaming console if you feel like relaxing or have kids that need entertaining on a rainy day. Highly recommend for a country getaway or even a comfy overnight stopover on your way through, you won’t be disappointed!

Welcome to the County Arms, located in the heart of Ireland, in the beautiful heritage town of Birr, the perfect location to discover all the Midlands has to offer. I had a fantastic stay at the County Arms Hotel in Birr this April. The room was absolutely fabulous — spacious, spotless, and beautifully maintained. The beds were large and incredibly comfortable, making for a great night’s sleep. I really appreciated the attention to detail, from the lovely in-room coffee to the excellent breakfast that was delivered straight to the room — a real treat to start the day. Everything about the stay felt comfortable and relaxing. I’d definitely recommend the County Arms Hotel to anyone visiting the area, and I’d happily stay again.

The Central Hotel Tullamore is located in Tullamore town centre, with bars, restaurants and shops close by. The staff were so friendly and helpful. They went above and beyond in helping us with our stay. You couldn't ask for a nicer experience.
