Had a very comfortable stay. We were there to celebrate our parents ' anniversary and the staff had done a good job with all the decoration and even got us a lovely cake. Just like the name, the place is quite serene. One of the rooms had a really beautiful view.. The highlight was the staff. they were wonderful and really hospitable. Thank you Mr Ashok, Atsa, Aritra, Chef Bhandari, the other female chef who made those tasty akki rotis and coorgi chicken curry, Lizzy , Sandhya and others, for making us feel so welcome. Hospitality, friendliness, cleanliness & Courtesy was the key highlight right from the start. The restaurant served wide variety of food , be it either breakfast or dinner, here kudos to the very well organized Mr Shekar & team. All other facilities, be it the gym, spa, pool & indoor sports area was very good. Highly recommend Purple Palms to those visiting Coorg.
