Situated along Mount Road in Chennai, ITC Grand Chola is 8 km from the Chennai International Airport. It features 11 dining options and an outdoor swimming pool and a fitness centre. Tower Room was amazing...loved the space and the decor. It was a one nights stay yet memorable. We ordered some samosas and chicken to snack in the room....delicious. Had a good experience at the Cheroot Malt & Cigar Lounge trying out cocktails from the Cholatails menu......was truly impressed with the liquid poetry curated! Breakfast at the Madras Pavilion was top notch too....... I have dined in Avarthana last year..this was my first stay...and i am definitely coming back again and hope to stay longer and enjoy the hotel and probably have a tour as i simply love the touch of culture and modernity added to it. Close to the airport hence perfect location for a transit as well whilst exploring the rest on India. Special mention to the staff who were very kind and Keerthiga who was constantly checking on us from pre-arrival rite up to departure.........that is something really thoughtful. TQ....and bravo!

The 5-star Trident Chennai features an outdoor pool, pampering spa treatments and 24-hour room service. The hotel is located near Chennai airport and is 12 km from the railway station. The room is very clean and the hotel is beautiful. Very close to the airport. The staff is very professional and ready to help. I would like to particularly highlight the help I received from the two receptionists at the time of checkout, namely Rajiv and Abhishek, who kindly helped with solving the lock on my suitcase. They went out of their way to call the engineering department, to look at my suitcase, which I didn't manage to unlock. The engineer came quickly and within minutes the problem was resolved. The also have a very friendly and kind driver who picked me up from the airport. I would highly recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay there again in the future.

I liked the token gift and arrival juice. Its like oasis feeling in desert when we take sip in summer. The check out gift was mud rolled seeds that has different indian native seeds - i will remember that forever. The fruit plate in room was good enough for peoole who checkin as some travel oveeseas and the odd time to have food or availanility of food. Must recommed to all couples

Here became the best in our hotel experience. Room is enogh big for family, TV is already they setting well so childens are never boring, complimentary water, tea coffee is enogh quantity they provided. Good quality natural amenities they giving us. I mean almost hotels not provide but they are provided, for example we are 2 adults and 2 childens and they give us 4 towels and small towels each also in our room already. Coffee and teas are few choice and totals 15 pack. It was really makes us happy. Bathroom Amenities are made by wooden, hairdryer, weight machine etc... These are really surprised for us with that pricing. That price is may be high In coimbatore compare with other hotels but still really affordable price. Breakfast is really taisty all food, Room service is very kind and polite and amazing taste. Thank you for give us good experience!
