Antonio instantly adapted, seemed to genuinely sympathize (which helped!) and proactively put us in touch with a nearby repair store owned by a friend of his. Imagine our surprise when we went to the shop and right on our heels the owner arrived, greeted us warmly, issued instructions to the pleasant and helpful technician, and zipped off. It felt like VIP treatment and was all the more helpful because all the Italians spoke perfect English, easing our stress when that was much needed. For the rest of our stay Antonio checked in regularly to see if we had questions or needed anything, and he was always instantly responsive to any queries. Apart from all that, the common area was a lovely amenity, with juices and milk for coffee in the refrigerator.

Close to everything seriously the train station 12mins walk, the beach 5 mins walk the supermarket is 6mins ! But not only that the restaurant was so good the food so tasty the staff and service was awesome! I can not rate this high enough ! Was so surprised and impressed by this place ! It was a stopover for us for 2 nights on our way to Sicily and we wished it was for longer! Highly recommend this little town !

The value for money is incredible. They are very well organised making sure that we are okay. Check-in was incredibly easy and they couldn’t have done any more to help. They were great. As for the room. It was very clean, comfy and had everything you need. There was coffee, water, tea and snacks to eat for breakfast. For what you get in terms of price. It is the best I have experienced and I travel a lot. If you stay in Praia, you must stay here.
