The hotel staff from the reception to the restaurant to the housekeepers is perfect. Anything I asked for I get it ASAP. The owner Francisco and his mother is a leader not a boss and all his staff is like a family. Thanks to the whole QUERCETTA family starting from the reception Giorgia,Jacomo, Eleonora & Martina. The Chefs Giovanni, Lorenzo & Elisabetta. I try all the menu plus the Chef was making always a surprise dishes and all what I can say WOWWWWW. Hotel Il Palazzo is set in the left wing of Palazzo Bartocci Fontana, a 16th-Century building halfway between Assisi's Basilica of Saint Francis and Piazza del Comune square. This property was perfectly located in the heart of this sweet hilltop town :) It was delightfully charming with lovely communal spaces and private rooms - ours looked out over the rooftops :) The service, space, good breakfast and restaurant recommendations made this one of our favorite stops on our Italian adventure!

She will help you in whatever thing you need. She went all out to help me purchase tickets for my next destination and even showed me the place to wait for my bus.
