Kobe Minato Onsen Ren se nachází 5 minut jízdy taxíkem od stanic Sannomiya a Motomachi a může se pochlubit řadou termálních lázní, celoročním venkovním bazénem s horkými prameny, krytým bazénem,... The price is high, but you can expect a lot. The hotel rooms were great. You could choose if you prefer to sleep in big comfy western beds or prefered a Japanese futon instead (there were two rooms, so enough space to get the futons out). Maybe prepare a bit in advance, so that you know what´s going on, because the English introduction at reception is a bit shorter than the Japanese one, but the staff is always really helpful and can answer your questions. Breakfast and diner were both included and were fantastic. The sushi cook in the evening was so helpful and we tried 2-3 different sort of fish we never had before. And all the other dishes were great, too. Don´t forget to stop in time, so that there is still room for dessert ;o) The onsen on the roof is wonderful. You have an excellent night view and can see the beautiful harbour area. There is an onsen for women and one for men. First there is a big room where you undress and put your clothes in little baskets. Then there is a shower room followed by a pool, a whirlpool and the lovely onsen. And if you want to spend around 200 Yen extra, don´t forget to visit the room with the massage chairs. They are amazing.

Overlooking the beautiful Kobe Harbour, Oriental Hotel offers luxurious accommodation in the heart of the historic Kyu-Kyoryuchi area. The rooms were amazing and all the location was great. I liked that there was a WIFI speaker in the room and all the bath salts and facial cleansers. Fantastic place with views on both sides of the hotel.

Hotel Hanakoyado se nachází pouhých 6 minut chůze od vlakového nádraží Arima Onsen a nabízí stylové pokoje s papírovými obrazovkami shoji a západními postelemi. Nabízí termální koupele a masáže. The hot spring facilities were very therapeutic, easing my aching joints & muscles after many hours of exploring Arima Onsen and Kobe. The seafood and meats served were delicious! Very friendly and helpful staff!

It was amazing ! The food , the rooms , the Mountain View’s , the Onsen, the people who worked there are so polite and attentive!

True to pictures, our stay at Shigura Wood Villa for a group of 4 adults and an infant was unparalleled! Naoto-san received us upon arrival to walk us through the facilities/ house rules and, was extremely prompt with his responses and assistance via the booking platform's chat function (prior to and during the trip). The villa was also spotless and contained professional kitchen equipment which motivated us to home-cook our meals! Even rain couldn't dampen our moods as the villa's interior was so lovely. We're truly grateful for the kind hospitality as first international guests of the villa and look forward to visiting again!

This was an outstanding experience! It was the best service we’ve ever had at a hotel, we truly relaxed and had the best time. The views are breathtaking. We loved watching the sun reflect on the river, drinking coffee in a beautiful Japanese garden, fishing and visiting the onsen. Thank you so much!
