We stayed here while visiting the Japanese Alps. Atsu was really friendly and helped us out a lot. We had to check in a bit later due to delays and also had a last minute diner during our stay. The room was spacious and the breakfast delicious. Really good curry, and was able to accommodate my wife with a gluten free meal for her (celiac). And we also got some really good advice for food for our next stay :). Thanks Atsu!

This ryokan and the hospitality is something special! It was beyond amazing, and the best experience we had during our 21-day trip in Japan. We felt right at home from the beginning, even though Maki told us she was worried we would not be comfortable seeing its a traditional Japanese house. On the contrary; everything is well thought of and very stylish. You get to experience a real Japanese inn in a relaxed manner. We didn’t have any experience with traditional ryokans, and Maki kindly thought us the ways of putting on a yukata, enjoying a kaiseki meal and using an onsen. She and her mom are beyond kind and caring, and provide you with everything you need (i.e. they send us on our hike with drinks and a bear-bell). The food is truly amazing (and there is a lot!!!) and Maki takes time to explain the origin of the products/dishes and a lot of the food is seasonal and resourced locally. The room was beautiful, with a spectacular view and nice comfy places to sit. The futon beds were very comfortable and on top of that everything was very tidy and clean. We are so thankful we got this opportunity and feel blessed we met them and cute Fukumaki and Kenta and will keep the memories we made here forever in our hearts. WE WILL BE BACK!

Takimi Onsen Inn that only accepts one group per day se nachází v destinaci Nagiso a nabízí pokoje s výhledem na hory. Jen 9,1 km odtud je Otsumago. Onsen with snow falling in was just incredible. The food, the warm hospitality, and the white snow just completed the satisfaction of the stay. Everything is there.

Tsutaya Tokinoyado Kazari se nachází v destinaci Kiso a nabízí kola zdarma, zahradu, terasu a bar. Tento ryokan se 4 hvězdičkami nabízí prodej skipasů a bezplatnou dopravu. Stunning fit out . Rooms and private onsen superb . Staff fantastic. Food unreal. 100/10 at least!

Hakuba Echo Hotel and Apartments se nachází v centru čtvrti Echo Land a nabízí pohodlné pokoje s výhledem na hory. 3 bedroom apartment was really spacious. Beds were comfy and room was clean!

B&B Hotel Hyochoan byl otevřen v srpnu 2012 a nabízí jednoduché ubytování v západním stylu. Na pokojích je zdarma dostupné Wi-Fi a na terase si můžete vychutnat pozorování ptáků. The host was very nice, they gave us welcoming drink. We really enjoyed our stay, the room was very quiet, nice, clean and tidy. Couldnt be happier, they even gave us a receipt of our stay in a postcard format. The breakfast was sooo good, the lounge was in such a nice atmosphere, it was snowing outside, they offered tea, coffee, some starters then steamed eggs with cod fish and rice. Then wrapped up with yogurt and fruit platter.

Kamisuwa Onsen Shinyu se může pochlubit velkými termálními lázněmi a krásným výhledem na jezero Suwa. Nabízí pokoje v japonském stylu s moderním nádechem v pohodovém prostředí. Everything, they made us feel awesome and welcomed. Very clean and the private onsen was great.

Matsumoto Jujo se nachází v destinaci Macumoto a poskytuje ubytování s zahradou, neplaceným soukromým parkovištěm, sdíleným loungem a terasou. Matsumoto železniční stanice je 6,1 km daleko. The hotel exceeded expectations in nearly every way. The thoughtful design, the friendly and welcoming staff, the charming cafés and shops, the location, and the delicious local food and drinks served at breakfast and dinner all contributed to a truly wonderful and relaxing stay.

Hakuba Tokyu Hotel is an 8-minute drive from JR Hakuba Station and a 3-minute drive from Happo-One Bus Terminal. A free 2-way shuttle to both destinations is provided upon prior reservation. Great staff..bent over backwards to be helpful Spa was amazing Rooms fabulous
