The safari driver, Sietoti, and Rachel, a trainee, were experienced and educated, and was able to identify every corner of Maasai Mara and provide rich information about nature and wildlife during our daily safari game drives. A truly amazing duo who made our trip unforgettable. They really took care of us. Also, the food was delicious, chef was excellent! I would definitely go back again!

We would especially like to thank: Felix, our safari guide — calm, deeply experienced, and one of the best in his field. He made every game drive feel personal and insightful. Tobin, the photographer, full of passion and soul. Every photo he took captured something deeper than just an image. Rhoda, who looked after us during every breakfast, lunch, and dinner with incredible kindness and attention. And Pedro, who always brought a smile, kindness, and genuine care. he made us feel truly welcomed. The little things made, like hot water bottles waiting in our room at night and even placed in the safari jeep for those chilly early drives. These thoughtful touches left a lasting impression. Be it any cuisine, they serve you!. We enjoyed their speedy internet too. The drivers here are also exceptional. They have a wealth of knowledge, respect for nature, and everyone they encounter. They know exactly where to go and are incredibly organized. Overall, the standout feature of this place is definitely the staff and the entire resort itself. Highlight of our trip was that we easily managed to sight hippos, Elephants from their observation desk. I would give it a solid 10/10 without hesitation.
