My partner and I don't usually stay in such luxurious places, but as our trip was ending, we wanted to indulge a little. ITC staff made us feel welcome and not at all out of place, which we had some fear about. Thank you for our wonderful stay. The breakfast is the most elaborate I've experienced at a hotel. Again, wonderful staff. Thank you to Ari, who is one of many kind restaurant staff.

Upon arrival we were met by Mr Emil Gularatnam, special thanks, who was very courteous & professional even taking time to escort us to our room. The room was well manicured nothing to complain about at all. Thanks to the team at the lounge Chef Priyenca, Dilan Nimesha Amandi Yasabi. Many thanks to the restaurant floor 1 team- Mr Shehan & Mr Yehan together with their team- chef Janz, chef Nimisha, Aditya, Sirul, Kavindu & Sangeetha at reception...made our stay special. My son had a bit of upset and was well looked after by the dining area staff thanks Mr Shehan. Our housekeeper was Yohan who made sure our room was always clean and well made day and night. We will return to this hotel🥂🙏🏻🙏🏻🙏🏻

The location of the hotel was very central. The rooms were very clean and modern. The pool on the terrace was magnificent, swimming was enjoyable with a view of Colombo. Our host was very helpful about places to visit in Colombo and taxis. Thank you for everything.

The location is fantastic — everything you could need is within a 5–10 minute walk: the beach, Galle Road, great restaurants, markets, currency exchange shops, cozy coffee spots, and even a mosque. It couldn’t have been more convenient. The best part was the owner — he personally manages the property and is always around to help. Super friendly, flexible, and genuinely cares about making sure you have everything you need. It really made a difference in my stay. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-located place with amazing support, I would 100% recommend staying here!

A heartfelt thanks to the owner, Mr. Shane, the manager, Sisira, and the entire staff, who went above and beyond to take care of me, especially when I was unwell. Their kindness and attentiveness made all the difference. The food is absolutely delicious, beautifully presented, and prepared with so much attention to detail. The rooms are spotlessly clean, neat, and designed to provide maximum comfort. The environment is stunning, especially with the serene riverside view that adds so much charm and peace to the stay. What impressed me further was the reasonable pricing, which is more than justified for the exceptional service and experience they provide. For me, this place has become more than just a hotel—it’s my second home. Whenever I return to Sri Lanka, I won’t be looking for another place to stay, because I’ve already found the perfect one. 💖

The property was in an excellent location ( lots of restaurants and cafes very close and a great place to discover Colombo …and was so beautiful .. it has absolutely everything inside that is required and extra .. The apartment was luxurious.. We used the pool and the gym which were great also …The owner was very helpful and polite .. I would recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Colombo
