Very convenient to watch the turtles lay their eggs at night and then in 5 min by foot to be back in your room. The property is nicely arranged and the owner offered his services to take us by car to our next destination stopping on the way to show us a few other places.

The room and the hotel were outstanding, blending a charming colonial vibe with beautifully designed interiors. The lush garden, infinite pool, and direct access to the ocean added an extra layer of luxury to the experience. Everything was spotless, with our room cleaned twice daily, and the addition of aroma candles not only kept insects away but also enhanced the atmosphere. The location was fantastic—just a short walk to the city and the main beach, with other beaches and activities easily accessible by a quick Tuk Tuk ride. The breakfast was delicious, but what stood out most were the refreshing drinks, including fresh juices and smoothies, which we thoroughly enjoyed during our stay.

For a week we were together with Jay Jay who took us to see the most beautiful places in Sri Lanka and then arrived at his house (LakeSide Cabana) where we were able to meet his fantastic family and spend some excellent time with them immersed in nature. Fantastic experience that we carry in our hearts. Crazy room facing the lake surrounded by nature. Also, dinner was amazing, great food, fresh and local. Finally, a note of thanks also to Indu, friend of Jay Jay, with whom we had an excellent experience at the Yala Safari, he managed to find the Leopard, we were in the front row observing and photographing it!❤️❤️❤️

It was an amazing place to stay, the family is lovely and cares a lot about you and any needs you may have. We wanted to rent a motorbike and they provided it for us, they also arranged a taxi transfer to our next destination. The place is in a relaxing area, with a beautiful garden, and the room is spacious with comfortable beds. Highly recommended!

The perfect place for everyone seeking to stay in Tangalle. Beautiful hotel right on the beach and surrounded by palm trees. Originally we booked a standard room but we got upgraded to the pent house suite, which was the most beautiful tree house and was a very pleasant surprise. The staff is as wonderful as the food and drinks here. Especially the breakfast was genius, as you could order what you’d like to eat and every day you would get a different local surprise dish additionally. I can just deeply recommend to stay at this wonderful little oasis.
