Mr. Gerardo was able to meet us at 5 am to check us in as we were driving and took longer than expected to get there. He made sure we were comfortable and let us rest after we got there. He was so nice to my son who even cried once it was time to leave as he got super attached to him. We stayed there 3 nights and Mr. Gerardo made sure we had an amazing time there. We plan on coming back soon with the rest of my family, I know we will have an amazing experience once again.

Traveling from Vail, Colorado to meet my family at this incredible spot was an absolute delight! We had a blast enjoying the pool and the lovely inside of the house. Plus, the 24-hour security at the entrance gate gave me great peace of mind. The location is fantastic – super close to the Acapulco airport, as well as amazing dining and shopping options for some fun adventures outside. The beautifully manicured landscape was a feast for the eyes! And let’s not forget our wonderful host, Mr. Angel, who is always dedicated to enhancing the property. I can’t wait to return in the fall to the breathtaking “Hummingbird Acapulco”! It's going to be amazing!

Newer hotel in a good location. Its an easy 10 min walk to the beach and a 7 minute drive to La Ropa Beach. Our stay was Sunday to Monday and street parking was easy to find directly in front of the hotel, but they also offer limited spaces on the property, first come first serve. Front desk staff were very friendly and although not always at the front desk, they were easy to locate on the property. They have a variety of rooms but we selected 2 standard rooms which where small but on the first floor with a shared patio with hammocks. There is no elevator on the property but the flights of stairs are short. Pool is small and on the top deck (appx. 5 sets of stairs) but deck area is nice. There is an outdoor shower available to rinse off from the beach or after the pool use. Overall, it was a good stay and would recommend.
