The hotel location was central of George town main streets and excellent. As soon as we arrived at the hotel, the staff gave us a very detailed introduction to sightseeing in Penang. In addition to that, they prepared a packed lunch box for breakfast since they knew that we would depart early in the morning the next day as well as they sent our parcel at the post office, which was not originally included in hotel service. They also handled the early morning airport drop off for us.

We were especially impressed by how Muslim-friendly the home is, with a Kiblat, separate kitchen utensils, and other thoughtful details that cater to Muslim guests. Even though we're not Muslim, we truly appreciated how Wayne takes care of all types of guests. The kids loved the swimming goggles and floats provided, which made us feel so warm and cared for. We also enjoyed Netflix on the TV. Highly recommend this home for families or anyone looking for a thoughtful and inclusive
