Our accommodation was stunning! We loved all the rock formations nearby. It's close to Gate 1 I'm Sossusvlei. The staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice, with a good view for sunset. We saw some cute jackals!

Comfortable rooms, excellent dinner. We arrived in very bad weather, for our comfort we were offered better accommodation for the same price.

We had an amazing time at Desert Lodge and couldn't have asked for a better experience. The accommodation was fantastic, offering stunning views and breathtaking sunsets that we will never forget. One of the highlights was the affordable and delicious BBQ option, which we thoroughly enjoyed. The proximity to Dead Vlei was also perfect – it made visiting the iconic site so easy and convenient. Additionally, we loved relaxing by the pool and had a great time at the bar. The entire atmosphere was incredibly welcoming, and we truly felt at home. Lovely location and super friendly staff. Great to be able to book a family room that had everything we needed. Dinner and breakfast were both delicious. Overall, a great value.
