Very knowledgeable, we saw tiger, rhino, dear and more. The food is delicious and varies from local to western. If you come for the national park I would look no further this place is perfect.

Loved the fact that the focus is on the forest and wildlife, not the usual luxuries. No wifi in the room and that is really good. The food was just excellent - clean, fresh and delicious. I am vegan and the chef took special care to accommodate that constraint. The lodge manager was very courteous and helpful. The resort itself is small and one feels like one is in the middle of a forest. Its right next to the core zone so not much habitation around. Special mention of Reshmi in Sales/Reservation who was exceptional in coordinating my travel from Kathmandu including the airport pick ups and drop. I am sure i will be back here soon.
