Prime location was the main reason we booked this place. City centre, cafes, restaurants, locals selling watermelons and berries, ice cream place and many more, just around the corner from the motel. The rooms was bright and airy and comfortable. The kitchenette was well equipped and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Spotlessly clean unit with great amenities and comfortable beds. Quiet surroundings and pretty garden setting. We appreciated the breakfast with coffee/tea, juice, toast/spreads, cereal, yoghurt, and fruit. Excellent location near the Kerikeri Stone Store and Kemp House and within walking distance of lovely restaurants and cafes.

Edgewater Palms Apartments is located opposite Paihia's main beach and offers an infinity lap pool set amongst landscaped tropical grounds. Guests enjoy free unlimited WiFi. Clean, good location, excellent kitchen equipment, Good washing machine and dryer. The location is perfect—just steps from the sand. The apartment was clean, cozy, and well-equipped. Enjoyed stunning sunset views from the balcony.

Comfortable with everything needed. It was close to a cute town with places to eat. Host was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely warm welcome, nothing was too much trouble. Large, clean accommodation with apple and plum trees in the garden and plenty windfall fruits to pick. The pool was clean and not too cold.
