It's location is just at the bottom of the hill leading up to the main Jabal Shams area which is great as its not in the way of tourists coming and going.

Staff were friendly enough and did not experience any issues. Corridors were noisy as families were staying in some rooms but the room itself was very quite even though it was facing the main road.
