All was excellent. Staff was friendly and extremely helpful. The rooms was clean and comfortable. The food delicious and plenty. The era was beautiful. If you have normal car you can park in the village and they transfer you to the camp with small fee.

The Best Western Sur is located in the picturesque city of Sur, famous as an old fishing village and traditional manufacturer of dhows. It is a very nice hotel, nice pool and pool side service. Very nice restaurant with great food, friendly service and reasonably priced. They served wine if you wanted.

The camp was the closest to the main road so we only needed to drive about 2km off road before we reached the camp. This was great because we did not have to leave our car at the nearby town and wait for transport. We were upgraded to the Royal tent when we booked for deluxe tent. Staff were friendly and food was good! The tent was big and comfortable :) We also signed up for Desert safari tour. Our guide, Mana, could speak good English, and he brought us around the desert for dune bashing, going to bedoiun houses and taught us about bedouin culture. My husband asked about camel milk and he immediately drove around the desert, asking the various bedoiuns if they could spare some camel milk for us to try. Amazing man, he was! Highly recommended to stay and go for the desert tour. We also signed up for the sunrise camel tour which was surprisingly fun! We placed our 3yo in a carrier and rode into the desert together.

Everything just great, from the appartment to breakfast, pool, the complex, extremly nice personel etc. The desert drive is wonderful. It is absolutely no problem to drive there yourself. It was a wonderful stay in hotel in Ibra! The appartment was very big, spacious and very nice. Everything was comfortable and when you asked about something or requested something the manager of the hotel, Abdu Samad, immediately reacts or sends someone to help you. And for him everything was - no problem. I loved it! Very chilling atmosphere! This is what I like. Nobody will disturb you, when you want they helped you, but you have there your freedom and their support, when you need it.

Ubytování v Golden Palm Oasis bylo skvělým zážitkem. Jednalo se o naši první návštěvu pouště, a tak všudypřítomný písek sám o sobě zajistil kouzlo. Personál je velmi milý a zajišťuje dobrý servis a příjemnou atmosféru. Nabídka výletu do pouště na čtyřkolkách doplní váš zážitek. Jedná se o dobře zajištěný servis. Během hodinové jízdy jsme zdolávali menší i větší duny, opakovaně se zahrabávali koly do písku. Byl to opravdu výjimečný zážitek. Cestou potkáte osamocené pastviny velbloudů. Rezort je již trochu zastaralý, kdo hledá luxus, měl by zvolit jiné místo. Přesto ale doporučuji. Abych nezapomněla, jídlo je tam výborné.
