The staff, especially Mr James were excellent. We were first given a room above the reception that we found loud (the usual problem in the Philippines is poor front door sound insulation). Upon bringing that complaint to the staff, they went beyond our expectations to accommodate our needs. We were positively surprised and had such a great experience that we decided to extend our stay. We ordered breakfast once and it was brought to our room which was really nice. We loved the trip to Nacpan beach and enjoyed free sunbeds at their sister hotel. The hotel provides free shuttle to the city and to the airport.

Very nice hotel! Everything is spotless, beds are comfortable, and they even provide complimentary water and juice. The staff are incredibly friendly and always ready to help. We are vegans, and they cooked vegan breakfast for us. Shower was hot, everything worked well. Without any insects. Recommend if you need stay in Puerto Princesa!
