The rooms are ultra-modern and tech-forward, equipped with Google Home voice assistants in every room — a first for any hotel in Pakistan! To top it all off, this is the first place I’ve stayed that truly offers value for money in a tourist hotspot like Hunza, where most 4-star hotels tend to overcharge. Everything about this guest house is amazing from the location of the guest house it is near in Mathal Buddah Rock and has a very good mountain view from your windows to the balcony and from the rooftop. And regarding to the price it is very cheap almost unreasonable for a very good and quality room with hot water in the shower 👏. The building is surrounded by beautiful flowers and fruit bearing trees. And lastly special recognition and thankful for Siraj the host of the guest house. He was really kind and caring for his guest from the airport he can pick you up and you don't need to worry about your itinerary because he can arrange everything. I have stayed at Dewan Khas Hotel twice. And came back again in December. It is in a very quiet place within the city. I have stayed in this hotel many times, especially in winters they have a great heating system, as most hotels in Skardu have no heating facility. I highly recommend ayub khan staf and his local Balti food and Balti prapro baly.
