The hotel room is full of small details and useful things starting from adorable stylish dishes, a vase for flowers, finishing with kitchen paper towels and a little box with a variety of things for women's hygiene. That was very thoughtful, I have never seen anything like that in any other hotel! The spa works from 16:00 to 20:00 (most days), which was very handy for us. In the morning we could go skiing or explore the city, then have a nice late lunch around 14-14:30 exploring polish restaurants, and by 16-17 we would come back to the hotel. SPA was an incredible way to get warm after a cold day. We especially loved the Turkish sauna as this one had a little shower cable (?) with cold water so you can create a temperature contrast for your body. And of course we fell in love with the jacuzzi. Especially great was sitting there so close to the panoramic window and seeing the falling snow being just 1 meter away from you. After that we could have a simple dinner made on an adorable kitchenette. The closest local shops have a variety of tastes of local pierogi. Don't hesitate to try it! We ended up cooking pierogi for every dinner of our stay. This part I write mostly for the owner or the manager of the hotel as this information could probably be very useful to improve this incredible hotel: - The pillows we had felt quite thin, probably would be nice to update them or buy a thicker ones - The piano music in the jacuzzi zone was relaxing, but a little too loud. And after a while, about 20-30 minutes I felt disturbed by it and had to leave. From one point of view - it's a subtle way to make sure that no one will hold the jacuzzi for too long, but still worth mentioning. If it's not the goal - probably any other less simple and less repetitive music would fit. There is "massage music", maybe it could work. Thank you so much for the incredible experience!

Nosalowy Park Hotel & Spa se nachází v Zakopaném, necelých 500 metrů od ulice Krupówki a 300 metrů od vlakového nádraží. Nabízí klimatizované pokoje a lobby bar. It was my fifth stay in Zakopane, but the first time in this hotel. Of all the hotels, Nosalowy Park was probably the best. It was in a pleasant and quiet area, just a short walk from the city center. The room was big enough for 2 nights, it had a terrace and large french windows, I liked the bathroom which also had a large window overlooking the park. We stayed in the hotel with our dog, the staff prepared a toy, a treat, a water bowl and a leaflet with tips for walking the dog, which was really nice. There was some nice little gift for us as well, handmade chocolates. Parking is for a fee, but I think it's a normal thing in Zakopane. At least we had a view of the car from our terrace and the parking lot offered enough parking spaces. The wellness part was very nice in terms of design. The outdoor hot tub was amazing. Breakfast was delicious, the selection was huge, gluten-free bread was also available, I was surprised by the huge selection of cakes, they were very tasty as well. The staff was always kind and helpful. We will definitely be happy to come back again 😊

Super spectacular stay and I must say that it is one of the best property in EU. Loved the hospitality. Super friendly staff 🙏. I felt like being at home. Highly recommended and I will going to make one more visit in a couple of months. Super accessible to all attractions. Taxi is super cheap in Zakopane. Must come if you really want to experience. 🙏🙏🙏😊

Breakfast was great, we were pleased with the variety of food. The room was clean and quiet. The view from the balcony is really nice (3rd floor), even for the cheaper room without the view on the mountains. Big and convenient parking. It takes about 8 minutes to get to the center of Zakopane by car. Spa zone is good.
