Amazing stay - everything was great - rooms, breakfast, service, location. Beds are very comfortable, the breakfast has huge variety of fresh choices. The service - reception, concierge, room service do a great job. And the hotel's garden is AMAZING! I would recommend this hotel over any other in Singapore - the price is more than worth it.

Nestled within 15 acres of tropical gardens, Shangri-La Singapore offers a hideaway just 7-minutes from the hustle and bustle of Orchard Road. Allowed early check in. The day we left we had a very late flight and asked for a late check out which was granted and the check out time, 2 PM, was very helpful. We also were able to store our luggage while we went out to do some sightseeing since we had such a late flight. This was VERY convenient.

Promenade metro station five minutes walking distance, covered all the way from the elements. Multiple malls within walking distance. Easy access to everything you want to see, from Sentosa island to Orchard Road and to the zoo and everything in between. 20-25 minutes from the aiport by taxi. We had rooms facing the bay and the Sands hotel - easily one of the best views I've had from any hotel. Staff are excellent, breakfast is superb and finally a gym that could easily be a commercial facility. Great selection of free weights, cardio and weight machines. It does not come cheap but you get what you pay for.

The breakfast was delicious, with a good variety of options. The rooms are spacious and comfortable, offering a relaxing stay. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Marina Bay, shopping malls, and plenty of dining options. What I loved most was the hotel’s stunning greenery and nature-inspired design, creating a serene urban oasis. Overall, a great stay in a prime location! Would recommend.
