Located in the new city center Nilüfer in Bursa, Crowne Plaza Bursa Convention Center & Thermal Spa has shopping malls such as Carrefour & Sur Yapı Marka AVM behind the hotel and a Gastro Dining Venue... It was an extremely pleasant stay. The accommodation was very good, the staff kind and prompt to the requests of the customers. We particularly note Mrs. Carmen, who provided us with useful information and advice about the hotel and the city of Bursa.

From delicious dining options to cozy rooms with stunning views, to playing areas for kids to warm hospitality to amazing employees everything exceeded my expectations. The staff was very welcoming since checking in until checkout. Mr Serkan the guest relations manager was very helpful and attentive to our needs. The location was very good although there was little snow around the hotel we had to go to zone 1 Karkay to enjoy the snow activities but we enjoyed the facilities in the hotel. Unfortunately the day we checked out that’s when it snowed!
