I have already booked a room for next year. A very comfortable and intimate place, not a crowded place like in many large hotels.

We arrived late, before checking us in staff directed us to the restaurant for a late night meal at close to midnight. The food was outstanding everyday and they understand that sometimes children might miss a meal so there was alway food and drink pretty much all day and all of it superb. Pools and surrounding areas were kept clean and drinks and ice creams topped up promptly. Lobby and reception staff were always incredibly attentive, hugely service minded, I cannot fault them and will certainly plan to return.

Our suite was big, modern, super clean, comfortable bed, excellent bathroom, nice terrace (looking onto the fields behind, meaning on the quiet side). Food was delicious, very tasty, wide selection of everything. Swimming pool is large and the water is extra clean (perhaps with just a bit too much chlorine?). Every evening great show - the best in our 3-day stay was the group from Colombia. The sandy beach is nice, quite close (transfer 3-4 min by bus, every half an hour) and the service is well organized there as well. Staff is excellent, everybody very nice and pleasant. All in all, not a single complaint (perhaps the location outside the little town of Side which is a gem in itself). Highly recommended, absolutely great hotel!
