He made me feel so comfortable and at home. He knows a lot about birds and took me around some gems in Entebbe, including a boat ride to a random island that marks the equator point. His home cooked meals are delicious and very large portions. Also, the accommodation is a very unique, eco-friendly architecture. Will miss this place a lot!

The room was very clean and comfortable, the service was very good. I arrived very late due to the traffic in Kampala, but it was not a problem, the staff were expecting me and were very helpful, I arrived at 1.30am but the reception had 24 hour service so I was greeted by a staff member on my arrival..The breakfast was very good also, great variety. The hotel was very close to the airport, and they provided a shuttle to the airport the next day, which was all very smooth and efficient.

The staff went above and beyond, offering warm and attentive service throughout my visit. Their helpfulness truly enhanced my experience. especially appreciated when I had to make a trip to the airport in the middle of the night to collect a colleague. Their assistance with arranging transportation and their understanding of my situation made the experience much smoother. The hotel’s location was ideal, conveniently situated near popular attractions and dining options. Additionally, the on-site amenities, including the well-maintained and equipped gym, were fantastic for unwinding after a day of exploring. Overall, the combination of excellent service, comfort, and a great location made my stay memorable.

I loved my prompt airport shuttle despite the last minute booking, the staff are pleasant and I was offered exceptional spa massage complementarily. I also loved their expansion project with a larger garden at the back. The meals and breakfast were sumptuous. Rooms with bathrooms ensuite and hair dryers also have cable tv with enough channels and they are no smoking rooms which feels clean and safe
