Location is incredible. Close to everything, but not in the middle of everything. We had cleaning everyday, and the daily bottle of water was a nice plus. The Mint House at 70 pine was a comfortable and convenient choice. The apartment was clean and well-appointed, and the hotel's location was ideal. I particularly want to commend Lia at the front desk for her excellent service. She was friendly, helpful, and made us feel at home! See you again soon!

This was probably one of the best hotels I have stayed in during my lifetime. The layout of the room and facilities and features that were in the room couldnt have been better. The staff were exceptional and no requests were too large or too small. The little touches like excellent coffee on tap with an honesty bar, croissants etc. I cannot recommend this hotel highly enough and will use it whenever I get back to NYC. Oh yes the location was perfect
