We, as two couples, truly enjoyed our stay at this lovely, quiet hotel in Kapan. It offered the perfect environment to relax and recharge. Edgar, the hotel owner, and his wife Maria were incredibly welcoming and kind. Maria prepared a delicious traditional breakfast for us, which made our mornings even more special. Everything was perfect — we couldn’t have asked for a better stay.

Helpful and welcoming staff, everything clean and worked, large, quiet and comfortable room. I stayed several days and it was a really nice place to relax with a good view of the mountains. Insect grills on the windows- always good ! The tv in the room was a smart one with Youtube etc, which was a bonus.

The hotel had a cozy, local atmosphere that reminded them of their childhood, warm, welcoming, and full of charm. The staff were nice, the room was comfortable, and the food was good. It’s a good place to relax and experience genuine Armenian hospitality.

Thanks to the administrator for helping us with the suitcases during check-out.

The place was spacious and clean with all amenities. Perfect place for family and friends. We reached the place around 11pm and owner received us with a smiling face even at that time.

Rubin and Angia are so warm and welcoming it is hard to believe these people exist! They were constantly making sure I was happy and satisfied. The breakfast Angia prepared was really abundant and tasty. The breakfast was served in a garden with an amazing view! Rubin was a fun and interesting person to talk to. Sadly, they do not speak english, but I managed with my basic russian. I felt like they were my grandma and grandpa! I really wish them all the best in life!

A little piece of heaven tucked in the mountains. 5 mins drive to the cable car station. The holiday resort is luxurious and has everything you need. Perfect for big group of people. We enjoyed our stay and wish we could stay longer. It’s a bit pricey but worth the money. Highly recommend!
