Second time staying here, and now I can't imagine staying anywhere else when I have a short trip to Sydney! The layout of the room is thoughtful and efficient. The staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Everything was comfy, just enough, and super clean. This time around I had time to relax a little in the penthouse level lounge, which has a lovely view of the airport, plenty of power outlets and a good assortment of pastries, sandwiches and drinks. Really appreciated the restroom beside the lounge with a small seating area to fix my makeup before heading to the airport. There's a small drive through area in front of the hotel which meant I didn't have to stress about running to Ubers making a quick stop on any busy streets. It really shows that everything about the design of the hotel had a lot of thought put into it.
