The rooms are spacious and clean, with a balcony. Staff were very friendly and helpful, especially managing with our loss of the first night due to a boat problem. The pool is a nice place to sit, but the weather was too cool for us to use it. But cool weather is good for hiking! The island is fantastic! Hotel is good value for money.

Finding a good and affordable place on Statia can be a challenge, but I was very happy to have 'discovered' this gem. The location is just perfect. The appartement is spacious with everything you can expect. The best restaurant on the island is right next to it, actually it part of the same building. It is true that during restaurant hours you will have guests dining next to the place. It was not a disturbance for me at all, and the good part, every morning you have the place for yourself. Your private terrace next to the ocean. The neighbors at Gin House serve a breakfast if you don't want to make it yourself. I loved the Nespresso coffee with cups being replenished every day, same goes for new bottles of waters every day. Great service that makes a difference. The place was clean and comfortable.

Staff and management was extremely helpful and friendly. The studio was clean and well kept. It was close to the airport and easy to find. Ill definitely book my stay here next visit.

Wifi worked fine. Quiet. Flexibility with late checkout really appreciated. Not some gorgeous waterfront location, but the island is small enough that in a couple of minutes (by car) you're wherever you want to be: right in town or out in the middle of nowhere.

The beach is just a short walk from the property and provides a serene, peaceful environment perfect for swimming and relaxing by the water. The water was ideal for a refreshing swim. It’s a great spot to unwind and enjoy nature in a quiet, beautiful setting. Whether you want to float in the calm waves or simply lay back and enjoy the view, this beach is an absolute paradise.

The location and facilities offered are exceptional - spacious rooms, common areas, and gardens that are well-kept and decorated attractively. The hosts, Herman and Joyce, are lovely people who are responsive and always helpful. They provide full breakfasts that are with fresh ingredients and Euro style. And, their dinners!!! They offer three course dinners some nights by reservation that are exquisite fine dining experiences and are not to be missed!

Great location, full nature and stunning views! Fun animals like chicken and lizard. It is really as Paradise as they advert. I was more than happy there. The staff is also cool and easy to get along with. Even more big thx to Cecilia, who helped during the breakfast and cleaned up the place in the morning! All very nice and they are well connected to correct local taxis too! I could meet and talk also with kind locals of Eustace and Saba in the shared cab.
