It is by far the most comfortable place we stayed in our trip. The room has everything you need including a huge bed, large bathroom, equipped kitchen a table and a balcony with amazing views. The hotel itself also has a terrace. Aldo was very helpful for all our needs. He sent a taxi to pick us up from the ferry and he dropped us personally to our next stay in the island.

For us, The Novelo was the perfect place to vacation in Caye Caulker. I agree with many other previous comments: Abel is the perfect host, he made our stay fantastic! The apt is a short ride from the village in the bicycles he puts at our disposal. We loved riding all day along the little island, i would never miss that, so much fun. The unit where we stayed is brand new, the one with A/C , though we didnt use it, just the fans and the breeze were enough. The best way to start the day was sipping a coffee in the sitting area in our private verandah. Also the swimming pool is super nice, just for the use of the three units. The free kayaks and the outdoor bbq are interesting too, though we didnt have the time to use them.

I liked the location, it was quiet and secluded and very beautiful area. Staff was awesome. The location provided a complimentary pickup at the boat dock which was appreciated greatly. Loved the ambience of the whole location and inside the cabana. Location felt very safe to walk about and have fun. It was kid friendly. The location itself was more than enough to host a big family of 5

The location was quiet(the airport was not bad with flights ) loved how it was nestled in for privacy. The pool was sweet. I appreciated that the office if needed was right around the corner from our place. Employees also friendly and checked on their guests.
