I had an excellent stay. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and very conveniently located near the airport. The highlight of my stay was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Jerry at the front desk. He went above and beyond to assist me when I was facing difficulties and ensured everything was handled promptly and professionally. His support and proactive attitude made a real difference. I also loved how they have trolleys so you can go directly to the airport in comfort as it’s just a walking distance!

The room was very nice, clean, modern and spacious. 100% recommend this hotel. Staff was very nice and helpful from letting us check in a little early, helping with directions, and letting us store our bags before our late night flight. The walk from the hotel to the train that takes you right to the city is just outside of the terminal. It’s very easy 10 min walk however, the train ride to the middle city where everyone goes is about an hour ride each way.

Ramada Plaza Shanghai Pudong Airport is located 1.3 km from Pudong International Airport. It provides free shuttle service to and from Pudong International Airport and it is about a 3-minute drive. Very convenient with the location. We had an early departure and late arrival. The hotel made it a much less exhausting experience.

I need to do a stop in Shanghai. It was 8 h and they were so kind, gave me breakfast, let me do the check in earlier and I leave the room at 8 pm.

I liked the shuttle bus from the airport there is a little store attached to the hotel where you can get drinks and snacks the staff at the reception was very nice and helped me a lot the breakfast was really delicious a lot of good available there is a bus stop not far away to go to the metro station where you can take the subway directly to Shanghai bund the room is super big and there is everything you need the bed was very comfortable and I had a lot of pillows, there is everything you need in the bathroom as well. you get two bottle of water and tea for free as well. as a solo female traveler I felt really safe in that hotel I would definitely recommend 💛

A very good hotel. The hosts are very friendly. They met me at night and gave me a free ride to the airport early in the morning. The rooms are clean and have everything you need for a comfortable stay. I highly recommend it. It's not expensive.
