we stayed one night to be near the airport this place was perfect for that. the location is very close to PUJ. super clean and luxurious. the towels were soft and fluffy, nice bathroom the high water pressure was a treat after 2 weeks in DR. TV was all hooked up, AC in each room it's the little things. the host Brianny is fantastic, when we couldn't get in with our door code she answered the phone right away and helped us

The Staff is very understanding. We lost our flight and had to book this hotel. They saved our asses and were very understandig. We even were ablento book our flight on their PC.

Such a kind and helpful host, I came in at night and she wanted to make sure that I ate so the walked with me to a local spot. She even offered to pick me up in case I was scared! Everything was perfectly clean and in the morning she even made me a coffee with sweets. Perfect place if you're travelling to another city!

Beaches are absolutely amazing, the ocean is warm, the water is super clean and crystal clear! We did have some bad luck with hurricane melissa passing by and with that a couple of rainy/cloudy days. Otherwise its a fantastic place to spend your vacation!!

I am a travel agent and I would not recommend anyone to stay here , they are a scammer and their , they want you to pay deposit plus for electricity which is 700 pesos which they did not put in there description or policy I had to leave my passport because I told them I am not paying it. Then the room they sent me was dirty, the bathroom was very bad pipes rusted and mold filthy. The water was no good it was salt. Then electricy went away. I had a very bad experience. Do not go there and they want you to pay deposit and they don't refund. If you book it for 3 days and then you don't change your mind they don't want to refund back the cash. They are theif. Stay away from this place

Punta Cana is a lovely place.
Punta Cana is a lovely place. It would be nice to have public transportation buses to the Blue Mall etc. Lots to see and do here.
It would be really nice to be able to book tourist sight seeing flights on helicopters and small planes.
We did zip lining and visited the monkeys..both good experiences our parasailing was cancelled correctly due to the tropical storm.
I always try to leave small tips for workers in the resorts. They are very appreciative of the money. It makes a difference.
