“Awesome place” is a big understatement. It’s very cozy, clean, in a great place, and the view is unmatched. It’s exactly as you see in the pictures. You walk in as if you walked into your home - your name is on your door and the key is inside. It makes for a very welcoming and trustworthy feeling. I unfortunately didn’t get to meet the staff as I was only there for one day, however they seem very welcoming and nice. I was traveling there during Easter, and they gave me a heads-up that most stores / cafes would be closed, so I can plan accordingly. Definitely shows they care about your experience! Loved it. Hope I’ll be back soon.

The property was an authentic old House with a turf roof (used for insulation). We were very keen to stay in one of these & this one was excellent as it was very modern inside.

Shoe dryer 😍 The common area is great although very crowded in the evenings. The kitchen is very well equipped and pretty spacious, so it was actually possible to cook (comfortably) simultaneously with other people. I was positively surprised by the bathrooms and showers - exceptionally clean and cosy. Also, the owner is great - very kind and sweet soul with great tips about Faroe Islands and always ready to help out or just chat.
